Unattended Sessions

Total Net NH offers Internet services for flat fee rates. This means that you can go on-line for as long as you like, whenever you like 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no prime time hours or off-time hours. The only thing we ask is that, while you are connected to Total Net NH, you be at your computer and actively involved in using the services we provide. In other words, please don't log on and leave your computer unattended to: poll for e-mail, receive messages from conferencing or messaging services, receive updates from broadcast channels, etc. Downloading large software packages is the only exception to this rule that we will recognize.

Vigorous enforcement of this prohibition is necessary to help us maintain our policy of flat rates together with our commitment to preventing busy signals when our customers access our service.

If we at Total Net NH determine that one of our customers is abusing the service in any way, their account will be terminated immediately and without warning!

The above policies are necessary so that our customers will continue to receive the service and accessibility that they have shown us they appreciate.
