Q	Make sure the COM port is set correctly.
A	You will first have to go to your Internet Group (where you find your internet browser, and the dialer application). Double-click on the dialer application. You will see the following likeness: Click on the Properties button. You will see this screen (the actual entries of the screen will be different): At the top of the screen, you will see some tabs. You will want to click on the "Modem" tab. You will then see the below screen. Verify that your modem is on the correct COM port. (The correct COM port for your computer can be found in your computer's documentation).
