- Click on the Start Menu, then choose All Programs, then
choose Control Panel.
- Next depending on your setup, you will see one of two screens. If you
do not see the following screen, go here.
A) 
- If you see the screen above, double click on Network and Internet
Connections. You will then see the following screen.

- Next double click on the Network Connections Control Panel in
the bottom corner.
Afterwards, you will be taken
here.
OR...
B) 
- If you see the screen above, double click on Network Connections.
(the rest of the windows should look the same)

- In the Network Connections window, double-click on your
Internet America icon.

- In the Connect window, click the Properties button.

- On the General tab, you can double check the phone number you are
dialing, which is listed in the Phone Number box.
- Click on the Security tab.

- Under the Security options section, make sure there is a dot next
to Typical.
- Make sure the Validate my identity as follows drop down list is
set to Allow unsecured password.
- Click on the Networking tab.

- Make sure Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked. Then highlight
it, and click the Properties button.

- Make sure there is a dot next to Obtain an IP address
automatically.
- Make sure there is a dot next to Use the following DNS server
address.
- For the Prefered DNS Server, you should have 192.168.176.22.
- For the Alternate DNS Server, you should have 192.168.176.33.
- Click OK, then click OK again. You should now be set to go.
