Q	How do configure I Windows XP to connect to your service?
	Note: These instructions use our Concord access number. If Concord is not a toll free call for you, please choose another from our Dial Up Access list. Click on the Start Menu, then choose All Programs, then choose Control Panel. Next depending on your setup, you will see one of two screens. If you do not see the following screen, go here. A) If you see the screen above, double click on Network and Internet Connections. You will then see the following screen. Next double click on the Network Connections Control Panel in the bottom corner. Afterwards, you will be taken here. OR... B) If you see the screen above, double click on Network Connections. (the rest of the windows should look the same) In the Network Connections window, double-click on your Internet America icon. In the Connect window, click the Properties button. On the General tab, you can double check the phone number you are dialing, which is listed in the Phone Number box. Click on the Security tab. Under the Security options section, make sure there is a dot next to Typical. Make sure the Validate my identity as follows drop down list is set to Allow unsecured password. Click on the Networking tab. Make sure Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked. Then highlight it, and click the Properties button. Make sure there is a dot next to Obtain an IP address automatically. Make sure there is a dot next to Use the following DNS server address. For the Prefered DNS Server, you should have 192.168.176.22. For the Alternate DNS Server, you should have 192.168.176.33. Click OK, then click OK again. You should now be set to go.
