First and foremost we are a well established internet services business operating out of the same offices in Concord, NH, since 1996. Many of our clients have been with us since we started our business.

Our guiding principals have always been:

• Keep it as simple as possible. Explain to the customer his/her options in plain language, not internet jargon.
• Be honest with the client about the advertising potential of their web site. While the benefits of a web site are substantial, it is not the instant key to success that some see it as. It takes time and effort to promote it.
• Don't try to sell the customer anything he/she does not need. Most start up web sites are best kept simple; they can be expanded as the business expands and as the customer gets a better idea as to what features he/she really needs.
